ABOUT US
The Arizona Heart Foundation is the original philanthropic arm of the Arizona Heart Family. Arizona Heart Institute was founded in 1971 by Edward B. Diethrich, M.D., one of the world’s pioneers in heart disease diagnosis and treatment, and innovative cardiovascular treatments. Our organization has a long and successful history in its relationship with the Arizona Heart Institute and Arizona Heart Hospital, two of the nation’s more prestigious heart and vascular centers of excellence, and the leading supporters of our cardiovascular research and education.
We continue this tradition today. The Arizona Heart Foundation also works with health care professionals, the public and community, and corporations to support medical research, education, and public awareness of heart and vascular disease.
