Arizona Heart Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to the ongoing fight against the world’s foremost health problem – cardiovascular disease, and the improvement of cardiovascular care through medical research, professional education, and public awareness. Every contribution to the Arizona Heart Foundation is important to our success and gratefully appreciated. Recognition of gifts will be provided for those donors who choose to be identified.

The Arizona Heart Foundation has a policy in place to protect our donor’s confidential information. The Foundation will not sell or trade a donor’s personal information to any other entity in existence.
