AHF continues its mission to combat heart disease

The AHF School of Ultrasound and the

teach the next generation of heart advocates.

 

The AHF Cardiovascular Initiative provides the community with complimentary screenings and the AHF Imaging Center will soon offer low-cost diagnostic ultrasound, per provider referral.
